⚠️Cancel Policy.

1. Order must be canceled within 24 hours for change of mind or for any reason.
2. If the order is canceled after 24 hours for any reason, the advance payment is non-refundable.

১। মতের পরিবর্তন বা যে কোন কারনে অর্ডার অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ক্যানসেল করতে হবে।
২।যে কোন কারনে ২৪ ঘন্টার পর অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করলে অগ্রিম নেওয়া টাকা অফেরতযোগ্য।

১।পন্য রিসিভ করার সময় পন্যের কোন সমস্যা ধরা পড়লে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করেই রিটার্ন করে দিবেন।আমরা নতুন তৈরি করে পুনরায় ডেরিভারী করবো।
২।যদি কোন কারনে সাথে সাথে চেক করে রিসিভ করা পসিবল না হয় তবে অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘন্টার ভিতর চেক করে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
আমরা রিটার্ন নেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করবো।এবং নতুন তৈরি করে পাঠাবো।
